When a site is submitted to your ring it will be added to a "Pending" list. As soon as the owner of this site inserts your Navigation Bar <?> into his/her page, their site will automatically be added to your ring. (So you have nothing to do).
However, at any time you can decide to remove a site from your Ring. To do so go to the "Manage Members" page and use the "Move To Queue" function for the desired site. Once manually moved back to the queue, RingsWorld will no longer automatically add this site again.
