In order to create or join a Ring, all you need is a web page to which you can add JavaScript or HTML tags. Please contact your web-hosting service if you are not sure if your web site qualifies.

Please note: It is up to you to successfully install your Navigation Bar ^<?> onto your page. If you have problems do not hesitate to contact the owner of the Ring for assistance.
